Breaking: OPP Request Assistance In Identifying Person Of Interest In Rockland


On Sunday, May 12, 2019, at approximately 12:15 p.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a theft complaint at a drug store in Rockland, Ontario.


A customer dropped her wallet on the floor as she was shopping. An unknown male picked up the wallet and left the store.


Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the person of interest with the following descriptions:


The male is described as:

• Caucasian

• Mid 30’s

• Medium build

• Wearing a white and dark shirt and a black ball cap

• Scruffy beard

• Short to bald hair
