Lately we’ve been seeing more and more research on the benefits of a cup, or two. Here’s more good news via the latest study/research seeing that most of us haven’t been able to find the fountain of youth. A new study by the International Agency for Research on Cancer reveals that drinking coffee can help you live longer.
Researcher Dr. Mark Gunter says; “We found that higher coffee consumption was associated with a lower risk of death from any cause, and specifically for circulatory diseases, and digestive diseases. Importantly, these results were similar across all of the 10 European countries, with variable coffee drinking habits and customs. Our study also offers important insights into the possible mechanisms for the beneficial health effects of coffee.”
