Good Night’s Sleep = Better Weight Loss:

A new study published in the Top Health Journal reveals that a good night’s sleep may be the key to losing weight. Researchers studied the sleeping habits of 1,000 people and found that people, who slept less than 7 hours a night had less success in losing weight than people, who slept more than 7 hours a night. Other findings:

 

– 64% of poor sleepers crave snacks in between meals

– 58% of poor sleepers have difficulty sticking to a diet

– 33% of poor sleepers snack late at night
