A new study by the University of California reveals that drinking two glasses of beer or wine a day lowers the risk of premature death by 18%.Other findings:
– exercising for 15 to 45 minutes a day reduces the risk of premature death by only 11%.
– people who spend two or more hours a day on their hobby lower their risk of premature death by 21%
– people who drink two cups of coffee a day lower their risk of premature death by 10%.
Though these studies are still being conducted and the information that’s come out so far is by no means 100% its interesting all the same. Other findings suggest that coffee in particular could contribute to more positive metabolic health and perhaps help to maintain your mental faculties as you age.
