Houston Convenience Store Price Gouges; $99 For Bottled Water

CNN claims one Houston convenience store is under fire for price gouging during Hurricane Harvey. They charged $20 for a gallon of gas, $8.50 for a bottle of water and $99 for a case of water. The state received 684 complaints about price gouging during the storm. The convenience store could be fined $250,000 or more.
