It Won’t Keep You Up At Night

 

A new study by Florida Atlantic University reveals that drinking coffee before bedtime does NOT interfere with sleep. Other findings:

 

– drinking alcohol within four hours of bedtime is more likely to cause insomnia than coffee

– smoking or vaping nicotine in the evening has a much stronger link to sleeplessness than caffeine

– the study of 785 people over the course of 14 years found that coffee has no impact whatsoever on sleep patterns
