Buck-a-beer, Loblaws is jumping on the bandwagon with the release of their new, No Name brand of beer. In a release, the company says, “in keeping with its 40-year philosophy of simplicity and quality, mixed with a hint of humour, the team behind no name is launching beer.”
The beer will become available this week, but the “Canadian-style lager” will only be on discount for the Family Day weekend.
A six-pack will set you back $6.60 including deposit between Feb. 15-17. The regular price will be $10.45 for the beer which can soon be found in select LCBO stores and the web site.
Loblaw previously offered up bottles of its PC band of beer last fall in a move that the company has declared to be a success.
