Not Sleeping Well? This Could Be To Blame


A study from Finland’s Tampere University of Technology says that drinking two glasses of wine before bed could reduce your sleep qualify by 40%.  One glass:  a reduction in sleep qualify by 24%.


Researchers told reports that when you’re physically active it’s easy, natural event to feel like you’re invincible.  However, the evidence shows that despite being active you’re still susceptible to the negative effects of alcohol on recovery when you are asleep.
