OPP Request Assistance In Identifying Males For Theft In Rockland


On Monday, November 18, 2019, at approximately 12:00 p.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a theft complaint, at a local business on Richelieu Street in Rockland, Ontario.


Two unknown males came into the store and stole items for a total worth of approximately $600.


Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying persons of interest with the following descriptions:


The first male is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Between 20 and 25 years old
  • Medium build
  • Wearing a grey hoodie, dark jacket and a dark ball cap
  • Clean shaved
  • Dark hair




The second male is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Between 25 and 30 years old
  • Medium build


Wearing a yellow/orange coloured tuque, a black hoodie, a grey hoodie and a brownish coloured jacket

  • Clean shaven
  • Missing two front teeth
