The cost of buying one bitcoin as measured by the website coindesk-dot-com was at 10-thousand-673 dollars by morning trading in Europe — more than 10 times its value at the start of the year.
The C-E-O of JPMorgan Chase has called bitcoin a “fraud,” while other executives say it should not be dismissed.
