Tired of trying countless diets?  Not a person to go to the gym?  From Cece’s Veggie Company, here are some easy things to do to lose a few pounds:

 

Always leave leftovers

Park far from store entrances

Dance while cleaning

Drink apple cider vinegar and water

One coffee a day

Keep all unhealthy food in separate cabinet from healthy food

Don’t eat after 8pm

Take the stairs

Add red pepper flakes to food

Use honey in coffee instead of cream or sugar
