Want To Extend Your Life: Pick Up A Racket

 

A new study by Saint Luke’s Health Center reveals that playing tennis can add 9.7 years on to a person’s life. Playing badminton can add 6.2 years on to a person’s life. Cycling can add 3.7 years on to a person’s life while swimming laps can add 3.4 years. Jogging adds just 3.2 years on to a person’s life.

Researchers studied the health and lifestyles of 8,577 people before coming up with their results.
