Women Have Changed Their Wellness During The Pandemic


A lot of use have changed how we take care of yourselves during the outbreak.

Thousands of women have changed their wellness routines, focusing on health, and mental health.

According to a new survey by One Poll, here are the changes that women have made:


  1. Tried new vitamins and supplements – 48%
  2. Changed exercise routines – 47%
  3. Tried a new diet – 43%
  4. Started yoga – 35%
  5. Started meditating – 33%
  6. Started therapy – 26%
  7. Met with a specialist doctor – 25%
